Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of BulkPro Advanced Account ("the app") by a Shopify store ("you"). By installing the app you agree to them and to Shopify's own terms.

The service

The app adds sign-in, account pages, rewards, referrals, back-in-stock alerts and returns to your Shopify store. Features may change as we improve the app; we'll avoid removing features you rely on without notice.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, every 30 days, after a free trial of 7 days that is given once per store. Plans are based on your store's orders per month. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancelling stops future charges. Charges already made are not refunded, except where the law or Shopify's rules require it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your store's content, discount codes and messages, for the accounts you connect (SMS, WhatsApp, email, Google) and their costs, and for having the right to contact your customers by SMS, WhatsApp or email under the laws that apply to you.

Fair use

Don't use the app to send spam, to break the law or Shopify's rules, or to try to access other stores' data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the app running at all times but can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend a store that breaks these terms. See the privacy policy for what happens to data.
